WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in human services, education, or social work OR comparable work-related experience
- 1+ year of experience in a nonprofit setting, recruiting, successful Job Placement, or workforce development
- 1+ year of experience working with populations on public assistance, with offender backgrounds, disconnected youth, and those affected by the challenges associated with poverty
- Experience in providing training and facilitating workshops
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
