Virtual Executive Assistant Job Available:

Responsibilities of a VA may include:
Administration and file management
Compiling reports
Taking minutes
Writing
Assistance with invoices
Research
Diary and calendar management, scheduling and reminders
Creating presentations
Database building
Travel and other planning and booking
Personal errands and purchasing
Transcription
Email management
Creating processes
Mandatory Requirements:
Proficiency in LionDesk CRM
Access to high-speed internet access
Own reliable computer with updated software
Proficient in Microsoft office
Tech-savvy and able to adapt to new software quickly
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Contactable references
Complete high school diploma / A-levels / matric / Grade 12
At least 3 years corporate work experience
Experience working remotely
Additional Preferential Requirements:
Experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar
Familiarity with current technologies - like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling - like Google Calendar
