Remote Customer Service Representative. Must be located 50 miles near Sacramento, CA!
Must be bilingual English along with addition language of the following:

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional Customer Service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Assist customers with product inquiries, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our products and services.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to accurately address customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a Customer Service role, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet connection.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using Customer Service software, CRM systems, and common communication tools.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive and empathetic attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
