Administrative Assistant/Office ManagerJob
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our behavioral health team at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our group psychotherapy practice, working closely with LCSWs, LMSWs, and our administrative team, including the Founder and Owner, the financial analyst/strategist, and the Claim Submission Specialist.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Assist with product management tasks, such as conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback
- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating and sending newsletters and promotional materials
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Assist with copywriting for marketing materials, including website content, blog posts, and social media posts
- Analyze data and generate reports to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Support digital marketing efforts, including social media marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $24.50 - $35.50 per hour
