We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager for a leading tactical communications company. Regional Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation:

Regional Sales Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- BA in Business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred
- Prior Military Service highly preferred
- MUST HAVE 3+ experience selling in the military/DOD/government agency space with a proven record of navigating the RFQ process, securing military contracts, and building relationships in this area
- Experience using CRMs to monitor sales progress and KPIs
- Proactive lead generation/hunter mentality; comfortable prospecting your own leads and converting them to customers
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during busy seasons for trade shows and on-site meetings in assigned geographic area for on-site demos, regional trade shows, etc. Periodic travel outside of regional area may be required.
- Lead generation and qualification, customer education, and aggressive sales of our products to new and existing customers
- Generate increased company sales revenue and contract growth by building positive relationships with customers in assigned geographic area and promoting new account development
- Maintain active relationships with current customer base
