“A Day in the Life”

As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for focusing on the growth, development and good business practices in the North West region (8 branches covering ID, WA, UT, OR and managing 6 Sales Reps). In this position it will require leadership for the sales teams and working collaboratively, across the organization to provide excellent customer service to the customers in the market.

“What You’ll Do”

  • Drive business results by growing top-line revenue and increasing average utilization
  • Lead, manage, grow and develop the sales team by helping them understand and implement best practices
  • Co-branch leader for Mobile Modular’s largest branch
  • Collaborate with operations and inventory center teams to strengthen and leverage structures and processes to support customer service
  • Staff open positions or recommend additional staff to support increased revenue in the region
  • Participate in forecasting; consistently meet or exceed branch targets
  • Responsible for P&L
  • Negotiate with customers to deliver mutual wins and drive overall growth
  • Provide excellent customer service and meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
  • Support, advocate, and perform within division wide initiatives
  • Drive employee and customer retention in a team-based environment
  • Engage in strategic account planning for key accounts and projects
  • Work with customers and internal staff to resolve issues and complaints

  • BA, BS and/or MBA preferred
  • 6 years+ sales management experience and a strong orientation toward results
  • Experienced manager of high performance teams
  • Confident, assertive and quick thinking
  • Track record of hands-on success
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Effective project and time management skills
