PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Work closely with Delivery Managers and Recruiters to understand assigned Candidates search criteria, including close scenarios, prioritization, and decision making factors
• Conduct job searches using Target Recruit, MSP portals, client portals, etc. for job openings that meet the search criteria of assigned Candidates
• Recommend jobs to pitch to Candidates that help Recruiters maximize Candidate Submissions
• Create pay packages using posted bill rates and NuWest guidelines and standards
• Assemble submission packets and submit candidates on behalf of Recruiters
• Own tracking, reporting, and communication of updates for team’s Ready to Pitch Candidates
• Assist with resume formatting, placement tracking and reporting, Candidate references, team organizational projects, contest tracking and reporting, and other duties as assigned
• Create and meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Communicate progress against goals to Delivery Managers

REQUIREMENTS

• BA in Business, Communications, Psychology, Liberal Arts or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience partnering with teammates to deliver results
• Proficient in MS Office programs

Compensation:

• $22.00-$24.00/hr.
