This is a 1099 contractor position that provides a lot of flexibility.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• 1+ year of Personal or Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to problem solve autonomously and anticipate potential issues
• Self-starter and take charge attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to jump in where needed
• Recruiting experience preferred
• Residence near Woodinville, WA preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Conduct screening interview of candidates (English and Spanish)
• Coordinate follow-up interviews and interface with Hiring Managers
• Serve as Human Resources liaison for Spanish-speaking employees
• Provide assistant support to family including travel arrangements, appointment scheduling, social arrangements, etc.
• Work on other projects and tasks as needed
