Clearwater Living is a growing luxury senior living company based out of Newport Beach, CA.
We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks such as recruitment, training, and placement of employees. The Recruiting Coordinator must be an excellent communicator and able to foster relationships with both employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring, on-boarding, and social media.

Pay Range: $22-$25 per hour
- Oversee staffing needs of the company
- Support candidate screening and hiring processes
- Source candidates through databases and social media
- Partner with Executive Director and department leaders to anticipate future staffing needs and make strategic staffing decisions
- Provide a positive experience for hiring managers, staff, and candidates
- Prioritize professional growth and self-development through ongoing training and feedback
- Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
- Familiarity with social media, especially Indeed and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
