Job Description:
The AB (Asset-Based) Sr. Portfolio Specialist manages a portfolio of asset-based structured loans in a variety of industries. The AB Sr. Portfolio Specialist is an active member of the client team and interfaces directly with the client and participates in building the client relationship. Generally capable of handling the most sensitive accounts.

Responsibilities:

Actively monitor financial and collateral trends and recommend appropriate action

Review requests for loan modifications, analyze financial performance, negotiate terms

Draft proposals, review documents, and prepare recommendations for approval

Required Qualifications:

• 10 + years of Asset Based Lending

• 10 + years of Credit Risk Management

• 10 + years of Account / Relationship Management experience

• Completion of Credit Training Program

• Detailed understanding of complex capital structure and legal documentations

Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree
