SalaryFlow-Tech Plumbing & Heating is in search of a Receptionist/Office Assistant for our Ligonier office . Hours will be 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with an hour lunch. Flow-Tech has been in business for over 30 years and has a great working environment.
Responsibilities will include: Answering the phone, waiting on walk-in customers, scheduling HVAC and Plumbing service calls in Service Titan (dispatch software), communication with customers, dispatchers and service managers. Check in parts that come in from suppliers; various other office related tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Customer Service is preferred, but not required.
