OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION
As an office administrator for Pynergy Petroleum, you will contribute to the teams’ overall success by providing internal support to the overall team and customers. This position is vital to our wholesale operation as it ensures a smooth operation.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls; taking delivery request, re-directing calls as required
- Dealing with email inquiries
- Invoicing customers over the counter
- Data Entry - Accounts Payable
- Reconcile Daily Sales Reports
- General office management such as ordering supplies
- Arranging both internal and external events
- Maintaining company social media accounts
- Provide administration support to sales reps, managers, and senior management

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
