Real Estate Photo Pros is seeking a candidate for our Front Desk/Administrative Assistant and Photo Editor Position

Real Estate Photo Pros is a real estate and aerial photography company serving The Colorado Front Range, and The Emerald Coast Region of Florida and Alabama. For 14 years, we have provided professional photography, video, websites and virtual tours to real estate agents, construction companies, developers and homeowners. Position Overview
Our Administrative Assistant will be an integral part of our team and will have a huge impact on our success, serving as the face and voice that represents our company. Duties will include answering phones and emails, as well as monitoring photography orders placed through our online store. This will involve answering questions and recommending services to existing and potential clients who are looking for professional photography of properties. Managing our photographers’ schedules, overseeing the billing process and reaching out to new or potential clients will also be an important aspect of this position.
The Administrative Assistant will also be trained in photography editing. Editing images and acting as a final quality control of photographers’ images will be a large part of the position, and will help with an overall understanding of our products and services.
Monday-Friday only. Flexible hours totaling 20-30 hours per week. We can create a customized weekly schedule to fit around existing family or work obligations. Morning availability is ideal.
Specific Responsibilities
-Reviewing and delivering photo galleries as they are submitted by the photographers.
-Editing and retouching images submitted by the photographers.
-Communicating with the ownership team on a daily basis, providing updates on the day’s events and passing along pertinent messages.
-Answering phone calls in a friendly and conversational manner, providing knowledgeable guidance through our line of products and taking advantage of sales opportunities as they arise. This will help us gain new clients, and provide friendly and efficient service to existing clients who prefer to call our office to make customized orders.
-Responding to emails and website inquiries with detailed responses.
-Getting to know our existing clients and providing customized and familiar experiences.
-Processing orders from our clients, scheduling photographers, providing photographers’ payroll information, and billing customers through our point of sale system.
-Managing existing clients’ products, monitoring websites and Photo galleries, and resolving any potential issues.
-Following up with existing clients and ensuring that they have the most positive experience possible.
-Reaching out to potential new clients with information and introductory offers.
-Managing and organizing various internal systems.
-Generally maintaining the office space.
-Completing other responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Experience
A candidate with both Front Desk/Office Management and Photography/Editing Experience would be ideal.
Front Desk/Reception/Administrative or related position: 2 Years
Experience Adobe Suite (Lightroom and Photoshop)
G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Photos, etc.)
Graphic Design Experience
