Crowne Tax and Accounting is seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Keep the office tidy by organizing workstations, maintaining common areas, and ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Perform light clerical work.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
