Responsibilities:

Work with our customers, both in store and over the phone, to set-up orders and create quotes. Keep track of all orders and work with the printing and design teams to set-up the printing schedule. Respond to customer and supplier concerns quickly and professionally. As our Receptionist and front office lead, you will be responsible for insuring that our customers have a fantastic experience throughout the entire ordering and printing process.

Experience:

- 1 to 2+ years experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Excel as well as a general familiarity with both Windows and Mac Programs
- Excellent communication skills
- A go-get-em attitude as well as the ability to thrive under pressure.
- A dedication to giving our customers the best quality products and experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
