Our Pleasant Grove clinic is now hiring for a receptionist/admin assistant to help our clinic run as smoothly as possible. Our receptionist will be the first face our patients see when they walk through the doors. If you've got what it takes to be on our "A team," we wanna hear from you!

As our all-star admin, you have the unique and incredible responsibility of carrying our clinic's culture throughout all you do. A successful day for you is when our patients leave happier and healthier than when they came in. Your focus each day touches every corner of your clinic, ensuring a patient centric environment. Working together with the rest of the crew, you'll change lives and make every guy who walks through our doors feel like it’s gameday.

What an Average Day Looks Like

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

What You Bring

• The ability to multitask. You're gonna be our #1 player!
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• It's not a must, but if you have experience in a medspa or medical office setting, you're golden!
• Phenomenal communication skills, oral and written, with heavy emphasis on listening.
• Strong writing skills. You'll be sending a lot of texts to alot of patients.
• Gotta have a team-player mentality--this position is ideal for anyone who is a people person!

Travel Requirements

This job does require 5 days of on-site training in Carlsbad, California. We’ll go over more details in the interview. Besides that, we anticipate you sticking pretty close to home! You’ll spend some time networking and marketing Gameday locally, but there shouldn’t be extensive travel involved in any marketing efforts..
