Job Opening: Administrative Assistant

Position Summary

The objective of this role is to act as a key member of our front office of the company, providing direction to our team, as well as providing a positive retail experience for walk in customers.

We’re looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude. This role requires some flexibility in the role since your day-to-day work will be dependent on the needs of both the customer and the front office.

Responsibilities

• Office Management
• Design Consulting with customers
• Administrative Work
• Assisting upper management
• Scheduling
• Social Media/Marketing
• Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible

Qualifications (valued not required)

• Knowledge of the construction (specifically countertop) industry
• Previous experience in office management
• Customer service experience
• Social Media/Marketing Experience

Hours & Compensation

• FULL TIME or PART TIME 30-40 Hours per week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
