Job Opening: Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
The objective of this role is to act as a key member of our front office of the company, providing direction to our team, as well as providing a positive retail experience for walk in customers.
We’re looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude. This role requires some flexibility in the role since your day-to-day work will be dependent on the needs of both the customer and the front office.
Responsibilities

- Design Consulting with customers
- Administrative Work
- Assisting upper management
- Scheduling
- Social Media/Marketing
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible
Qualifications (valued not required)
- Knowledge of the construction (specifically countertop) industry
- Previous experience in office management
- Customer service experience
- Social Media/Marketing Experience
Hours & Compensation
- FULL TIME or PART TIME 30-40 Hours per week
