- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments
- Provide administrative support such as
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Take patients in and out of treatment
- Put together herbal formulas
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling appointments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment
