Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We are currently seeking a responsible front desk receptionist to perform various customer-facing and clerical tasks. Other duties include assisting with daily office needs, for example: light office cleaning and washing/folding laundry on designated days. Experience in the massage therapy field is preferred.

• Handle administrative requests and queries from potential customers.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments in 2 software systems.
• Greet customers and schedule appointments with therapists.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
