Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple individuals.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Transcribe notes and documents accurately.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access) or similar software.
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately.
- Sales/Marketing skills
