Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our client, an accounting firm in Bellevue, for a 6-week assignment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for professionally answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and providing administrative support as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Professionally answer incoming calls, triage when appropriate, and transfer as needed.
- Schedule appointments and warmly greet clients who visit the office.
- Utilize intermediate MS Office suite skills and be willing to learn how to use the secure portal to upload documents.
- Communicate effectively and maintain flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with team members to contribute positively to the office environment.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or Administrative Assistant role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude.
Job Details
- Location: Bellevue
- Pay Rate: $25 to $35 per hour
- Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, 6-week assignment
