We are seeking a highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in a very busy office. Duties:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a professional image. Answer Multi Line Phone.
- Filing and scanning jobs, complete work order entries.
- Invoicing and billing. Collect payments.
-General administrative duties.
- Assist sales staff with bids and work orders.
- Provide administrative support to the sales staff.
- Send/Receive packages utilizing UPS, USPS and FEDEX.
Experience:
- Previous Administrative experience and multi line phone is preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft and other office software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
