We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Customer service experience is a plus
If you have previous experience as a personal assistant, medical receptionist, or have knowledge of order entry systems, it would be considered an asset.
This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
