Position Overview: ReceptionistWe're seeking a Receptionist who brings life experience and a deeper understanding of the complexities related to home and auto insurance. Unlike the typical receptionist role, this position requires a candidate who can empathize with our clients' diverse needs and challenges, providing informed and thoughtful assistance.What You'll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for our clients, offering a warm welcome and knowledgeable assistance.
- Diffuse and manage situations with upset or frustrated clients, turning challenging interactions into positive outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in areas related to home and auto insurance, to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills, managing front desk responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively within our team, demonstrating a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to our collective goals.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to anticipate needs, propose solutions, and support the agency's operations.
