Summary

The Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Program facility, is comprised of 64 beds incorporating 4 programs: PTSD Program through Veterans Intensive, Addiction Treatment Program, Back-to-work/Homeless Program and General Domiciliary Pain Program.

Duties

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Admission assessments
• Pain assessments
• Participating as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Creating and implementing Treatment plans
• Withdrawal/detox assessments
• Discharge Assessments
• Medication management
• Prevention and management of disruptive behavior

The RN functions as a part of an interdisciplinary team and is accountable for direct care to a defined group of patients for his/her shift. The RN is also accountable for specific nursing duties such as medications, vital signs and participating in groups as assigned. Based on education/experience, the RN may be assigned responsibility as a preceptor to staff/trainees or charge nurse.
