Receptionist Part-Time
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact and handle the flow of people through the business. Receive all incoming phone calls and greet all visitors in a polite, professional and welcoming manner. Ensure all Receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:

• Answer and screen all incoming phone lines in a professional and courteous manner and transfer them to the appropriate person while providing basic information when needed;
• Greet incoming guests to the branch or office;
• Receive all incoming faxes and notify appropriate associates (may vary according to branch). May receive shipments and work with appropriate personnel to ensure deliveries are logged into storage;
• Manage inventory assets and maintain check out/in process;
• Provide general administrative, clerical and typing support as needed.
• Keep bulletin board up-to-date with names of all visitors and/or manage the guest books;
• May issue security passes and maintain the security protocol for the building;
• May maintain the office directory and assist in conference room scheduling;
• Performs special assignments and other miscellaneous duties.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

• Prior receptionist/secretarial experience (preferred).
• Must have good verbal communication skills and a pleasant, professional voice.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with others.
• Must be able to operate a calculator, computer, printer, fax machine, telephone and copier.
• Must present a friendly and professional image.
• Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Knowledge of computers and MS Office/Outlook.
