Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and ensure all ingredients are properly measured and ready for use
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist with menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing ones
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and notify management when items need to be restocked
- Adhere to dietary restrictions or special requests from customers
Experience:
- Previous experience in a food service or culinary role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and best practices
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe execution
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
