Receptionist

Position type: Part-time.

Attire: Business-casual.

Hours: 9:00AM – 2:00PM, with flexibility between M – F

We are a small family business looking for a receptionist to join our team! As our receptionist you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience to our clients as their first point of contact. · Collects, sorts, prepares, and distributes mail/mass mailings through USPS & FedEx.

· Scans and files notes, receipts, client data, and correspondence.

· Maintains cleanliness and organization of office.

· Makes appointments for specific employees, such as executives.

· Responds to all customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner, providing general information when needed.

· Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.

· Strong in time management and multitasking.

· Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written & oral communication.

· Strong in interpersonal skills and teamwork.

· Professional in attitude and appearance.

· Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.

· Ability to problem solve and be creative.

· Ability to be proactive and resourceful.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

· One year of clerical experience.

· High school diploma.

· Two years of college preferred.

· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.
