- As the Receptionist/Office Assistant you will be responsible in providing administrative and clerical assistance to the office.
- Answer phones or make calls, greet and assist all outside visitors in a professional and courteous manner, client & staff support & more.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- 1 year of related experience or willing to train
- Strong phone and word processing skills
- Ability to professionally communicate verbally and in writing in English with management, field employees, clients, case managers and outside contacts.
- Ability to utilize computer programs and applications such as the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher) & ability to be flexible.
HOURS OF WORK:
Full Time, 9am - 5pm, 5days/wk (Mon-Fri).
