Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform various secretarial duties for assigned attorneys and paralegals.
• Maintain positive client, attorney, and staff relations while upholding client confidentiality.
• Manage office technology and equipment efficiently.
• Handle phone calls, messages, and routine inquiries.
• Maintain calendars, deadlines, and filing systems.
• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Skills:

• 6-12 months of experience in a legal environment preferred.
• Proficiency in computer operation and office equipment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and organizational abilities.
• Capability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Attention to detail and ability to concentrate on tasks.
• Physical capability to sit for extended periods and perform occasional physical tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent with some relevant training.
