Receptionist/Staffing Assistant

Whispering Pines Assisted Living, Inc. has an immediate need for a Receptionist/Staffing Assistant who is able to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm & part of the staffing on-call rotation. This position is responsible for helping the day to day operations of the HR department & also helping the Staffing Coordinator department with filling any open shifts with our employees to make sure our locations are staffed accordingly & being part of the on-call rotation.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and energetic with great communication skills. Must greet visitors in a respectful and courteous manner and direct them to appropriate personnel. Communicating and working well with other office personnel is a must.

Other responsibilities for this position include:

• Help our staffing department with filling shifts.
• Will be part of the on-call staffing rotation.
• Must have great communication & team work with employees.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work effectively and efficiently.
• Greet visitors with a friendly attitude.
• Answer phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Must have some computer knowledge & experience. (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Faxing/copying/filing.
• Help our new hires with orientation paperwork, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
