Receptionist

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist with great telephone skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is a must. The job requires heavy telephone use, client interaction and customer service. The job requires speaking to clients and staff, typing, emailing, transferring phone calls to office staff, calendaring new clients and existing clients, word processing (Microsoft Word) collecting, sorting and in-taking mail on a daily basis, filing, scanning, faxing, and emailing documents. Must be organized, and able to multi-task! This job allows for a great opportunity to advance into other positions in the firm, depending on skill set, desire, and quality of work. 100% paid Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD/STD and Life Insurance for employees, first of the month following 60 days of employment. 401k plan eligible after 1 year of employment. Paid Holidays and PTO. This position is Full-Time, Monday thru Friday 8:30 am - 5pm.
