The Front Office Medical Assistant/Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience by managing front desk operations efficiently. This position involves patient interaction, assisting practitioners, administrative tasks, and maintaining the overall organization of the Front Office.
Key Responsibilities:
-Introduce and promote products and membership programs to patients during their visits.
- Assist healthcare professionals during in-office procedures and surgeries.
- Perform various routine clinical tasks to support the medical team.
- Check patients in and out efficiently.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English to effectively carry out job responsibilities.
- Experience in healthcare administration, front desk reception, and/or certified medical assisting.
- Strong organizational abilities, adept at multitasking, and exceptional customer service skills.
