Receptionist

Our Las Vegas headquarters is home to our national customer service, accounting, and technology teams, along with our Network Operations Center (NOC), which provides Internet security services and remote 24/7 monitoring for all of our networks.

The Receptionist contributes to the overall success of the company by providing front desk support to corporate office staff. The Receptionist courteously and efficiently greets all guests and visitors to the corporate office and provides a high level of service to all incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative functions for corporate office staff and field operations for special projects as assigned (e.g., copying, company mailings, check log, companywide supply orders, companywide 5-Star Safety Report maintenance, etc.).
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries timely to appropriate departments. Coordinate and maintain all Federal Express package shipments. Order and maintain office and break room supplies. Coordinate maintenance of general office equipment.
  • Organize and prioritize calls with pleasant, tactful and professional demeanor at all times. Greets and distributes the caller/visitor appropriately, to minimize interruptions to other departmental staff.
  • Coordinate meeting agendas and arrangements. Schedule and arrange conference room requests, meetings, meals, and/or other events/activities.
  • Maintain breakroom and executive kitchen supplies. Responsible for building maintenance (e.g., light bulb replacement, roof leaks, air conditioner issues, etc.). Maintain copier room supplies and machine(s) maintenance.
  • Maintain monthly birthday and Employee of the Month recognition programs.
  • Regular and consistent attendance with proper business attire.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other Functions:

  • Maintain the confidential nature of all functions of the corporate office.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with field, regional and corporate department managements.
  • Create, maintain and update files.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or GED. Associate’s degree preferred.

Experience: 3+ years progressive administrative and/or front-office experience.

Specific Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent spelling and grammar skills. Flexible and able to shift priorities. Capable of working independently, exercise independent judgment, and function with minimal supervision.

Supervisory Responsibility, if any: None.96

Working Conditions: Office environment, 100% in – office.
