Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in computer literacy.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and assist with inquiries
- Assist with dining, event and tour reservations along with scheduling tours.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Proficient in computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
