• Daily prospecting via multiple channels for new business
• Nurture leads in the pipeline
• Study and analyze Real Estate market trends
• Attend weekly open houses
• Attending weekly meetings and training
• Build and maintain your CRM
• Provide excellent guidance for clients buying and selling residential Real Estate
• Conduct showings, appointments, and consultations

• California Real Estate License
• 1+ years in the Real Estate industry
• 3+ transactions closed
• Excellent time management skills
• Go-getter skills and self-starter
• Excellent communication Skills
