We are on the lookout for a Real Estate acquisitions specialist. You’ll hunt, prepare, and close deals, and ensure each transaction is smooth and successful. Compensation:$85,000 - $130,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers
- Follow up on all leads and requests for information
- Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
- Perform due diligence on Real Estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
- Close sales
- Sales talk mastery
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- A Real Estate license required
