Job Description
We are seeking a talented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join one of our Real Estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. A Real Estate license is required. Team sales and lead generation are a big part of this upside commission opportunity as well. Compensation:$80,000 - $130,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
- Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
- Prepare letters of intent, Real Estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of Real Estate transactions
- Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
- Must be driven and passionate about Real Estate asset selling and goal-oriented
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Real estate license required
