We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven Real Estate Inside Sales agent who has a talent for turning leads into lifelong customers. Compensation:$75,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers
- Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent
- Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
- Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
- Enter inbound leads and past clients’ current information into the customer database so all Real Estate agents and the sales team have the most up-to-date information
