**THIS IS A COMMISSION-BASED POSITION*** As a Real Estate ISA Specialist, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners to identify potential opportunities for them to sell their homes and for potential buyers looking to make a purchase in LA/OC/RV counties. You will play a crucial role in building connections, gathering information, and ultimately build a Real Estate business you can thrive in.
Compensation: Commission Based on number of appointments set and deals closed
This position is commission-based, offering a competitive commission for each successful deal closed. The more motivated and successful you are, the more you can earn!

- You will be trained by agents with 20 years of experience. You will learn to hunt for business and will be taught step by step on how to close the deal.

- Training, Systems, and Database will be provided

Compensation:$75,000 At-Plan Commission
Responsibilities:- Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
- Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
- Turn prospective clients into qualified Real Estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
- Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
In the following order - responsibilities are as follows:
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts
- Qualifying Leads: Identify sellers and buyers and make appointments
- Information Gathering: Collect relevant details about the client's home purchase needs and seller's property, such as location, condition, and the homeowner's motivation to sell.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Communication Skills: Clearly communicate our value proposition and create interest in potential sellers.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the team regarding market trends and homeowner responses.
- Candidates must have or be pursuing a Real Estate license
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a Real Estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Spanish or other languages spoken are a plus.
- Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-motivation: Proven ability to work independently and meet set targets.
- Real Estate Knowledge: A basic understanding of Real Estate terms and transactions is a plus.
