We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of our team at The MLS™, driving marketing endeavors across our diverse range of products and services. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills. This role focuses on two pivotal dimensions of our operations: internal and external marketing strategies. Internal marketing will involve engaging with our extensive network of 16,000+ MLS members, ensuring they are informed, supported, and motivated. On the external front, the focus will be on promoting and selling VestaPlus™, our proprietary MLS software suite, to real estate organizations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and more.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate closely with our in-house graphic designer to provide creative direction for the development of marketing materials. Write and edit compelling content for various platforms such as newsletters, social media posts, websites, and more. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.
3. Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate marketing events, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows. Assist in planning and executing marketing efforts tied to trade shows to maximize visibility and lead generation.
4. Lead Management: Manage B2B SaaS leads using HubSpot CRM, ensuring leads are properly tracked, nurtured, and followed up on in a timely manner.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate directly with stakeholders and company executives to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
7. Email Campaigns: Create and execute effective email campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
