Job Description
We are seeking someone with a track record of phone sales and or telemarketing. Confident over the phone and able to close the deal! As an Inside Sales Agent, you will work the phones to prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team. You'll be responsible for prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You'll make appointments with qualified leads for the Outside Sales Agents. The ideal candidate is committed to achievement and a team player. You love the phone and the close! This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while effectively assisting customers with their inquiries. Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter. Must be able to read and memorize scripts. Strength of character, leadership, and ambition carry more weight in our selection process than industry experience. Compensation:$80,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Following up with prospects in a timely fashion
- Ability to make 50-100 calls a day
- Prospecting for new business other than just ones set for you
- Must be coachable
- Managing our custom CRM system
- Making outbound calls, communicating via email, and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities
- Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers
- Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a Real Estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Driven to succeed in sales and in life
- Is dynamic, articulate, and well-spoken
- Possesses relationship-building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities
- A pro on the phone with the ability to make a sale
- Has excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
