Compensation:$110,000 + commission
Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience.
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales.
- Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests.
- Conduct lead follow-up activities to create new business as needed.
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs.
- Find a home meeting with clients needs.
- Write a contract that gets accepted!
- Real Estate License or awaiting a test date.
- Organized and manages time effectively.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- 18 years or older.
- High School diploma.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career.
