What You’ll Do:
- Join Operator in building the business, working with clients and team members.
- Support Operator with personal production, preparing presentations, CMA’s, contracts, amendments, etc.
- Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for CEO’s transactions, including partnerships with Director of Operations, Transaction and Listing Assistants who complete most of the process.
- Manage and triage communications to appropriate contact, providing world class client experience through phone and email on behalf of the team pre-contract, through contract and beyond.
- Create and own systems for maintaining integrity of the database, being a resource for and helping CEO hold agents accountable to their personal goals.
- Own the agent onboarding/offboarding process, including holding trainings as needed.
- Follow the systems for our productivity rhythms and distribution of leads.
- Data entry into business systems ensuring critical information is documented.
- Confirm, document and follow up with appointments as needed.
- Organize, summarize and communicate daily action plans and results to Operator.
- Manage sign and lockbox inventory and distribution.
- Assist with Operator’s and team’s social media accounts.
- Assist with team, client and community events (as can be done remotely).
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.
- Keep your Operator informed regarding any problems or issues that arise and help to develop solutions.

Required Background:
- Ability to write detailed reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not required
Other Details:
- Compensation DOE

- Real estate license and continuing education fees provided. Minnesota Real Estate license not required at hire; Expected to be obtained outside of work hours within six months of start date.
- We have a remote work model, Monday through Friday from 9/10 am to 6/7 pm CST or, as arranged.

Pay: $24.03 - $26.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
