Real Estate Executive Assistant

This position requires 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry Admin
LOCATION: SAN FERNANDO, VALLEY
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Real Estate industry to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to our Real Estate agents, ensuring the smooth operation.
Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry is a MUST
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and vendors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and process Real Estate documents in compliance with California laws and regulations.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide general administrative support to Real Estate agents as needed.
- Additional responsibilities beyond those listed in the job description may be assigned as needed.
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Thorough familiarity with California Real Estate law and regulations.
- Proficiency in office management, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Familiarity with Real Estate terminology and processes is a MUST.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Salary: 65k-85k + Benefits
Full Time - In Office ONLY
Note: This position does not involve practicing Real Estate but focuses on providing administrative support to Real Estate Executive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- San Fernando Valley, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
