The Divisional Customer Account Manager, is responsible for achieving profitable sales growth at customers for the Mars business. This role is expected to maintain strong relationships & best execute customer plans with the Albertsons divisions that deliver objectives of; revenue, growth, profit, product/assortment, everyday shelving, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and seasonal merchandising.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work expereince
• 2+ Years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or category management for Fast Moving Consumer Good Industries (CPG)
• Prior experience in sales or category calling on Albertsons
• Fluent understanding of forecasting, Nielsen, and trade management system
• Availability to travel 20% of time.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Take HQ plans for promotions, displays, seasons and growth initiatives to divisions and create solutions and plans
• Influence divisions to implement solutions through fact-based presentations that deliver results that are beneficial for both customer and company.
• Complete promotion and item paperwork at division level
• Conduct joint business planning meetings with divisions.
• Execute all agreed to solutions with customers to include accurate, timely forecasting and detailed follow through.
• Manage customers trade funds that complies with internal and external requirements and continually improve effectiveness of spending.
• Provide customer with category information & make recommendations for category growth, bring customer feedback & potential solutions.

Total rewards at Mars includes base pay, competitive benefits, and annual bonus (if position is eligible). The full-time pay range for this role is:

USD 114,286.00 - USD 171,429.00
