What you'll do:
This exciting position offers the opportunity to be a part of the Real Estate team for our restaurants. You will coordinate and manage the entire process after the Real Estate and legal teams close on Real Estate acquisitions and sales. Must be diligent, detailed, resourceful, a great communicator and a team player. This position will support all acquisitions and be the co-lead for the strategic sale of lower performing locations.
Essential Functions:
Support the analysis and execution of Real Estate transactions.
Prepare and compile due diligence materials, budgets, financial models and schedules.
Attend city council meetings and work with and manage the city permitting process.
Identify strengths and weaknesses of proposed transactions.
Communicate with other parties throughout the process, while maintaining our timing for closings.
Interact daily with legal and Real Estate teams, and frequently with architects.
Manage survey and environmental third-party vendors.
Help coordinate the closing of transactions.
Compile market research for locations, while determining our desired strategy.
Coordinate employee rosters, equipment lists and vendor lists.
Facilitate inspections and tours for self and other parties and third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
Project management / project coordination experience and skills.
Understanding of financials for reviews and research.
Knowledge of Real Estate sales process.
Excellent communication with ability to effectively converse with all levels of personnel.
Strong presentation skills and ability to represent Fourteen Foods positively with other restaurant ownership parties.
Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Office programs.
Experience reviewing financials and understanding cash flow.
Real estate background strongly desired.
Restaurant, especially QSR, background desired.
