POSITION SUMMARY
Supervise multiple retail outlets within a location. Direct the overall retail efforts to create a proper merchandise mix, maximize sales and provide a superior service atmosphere. Work with director, supervisors and employees to successfully execute retail operations, continually improve guest service and employee satisfaction, and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Assist the head of FM department to carry out FM operation & maintenance tasks.
Control, guide, and monitor the on-site service providers team members for the desired output and quality of services (Hard /soft services including maintenance, housekeeping, pest control & land scaping and report to head of department.
Supervise the daily on-ground activities in all operational aspects of the retail & non-hotel areas, as well as monitoring of the tenants to ensure compliance with company operational guidelines.
Daily inspection of the non-hotel areas including retail premises and report deficiencies to head of department, and ensuring the corrective actions are taken as necessary on issues related to operations/ quality/health & safety.
Maintaining all the keys within non-hotel premises and preparation of relevant reports and paperwork.
Supervising and monitoring the implementation of PM schedules and maintaining the updated records correctly.
Act as the focal point between FM department and relevant stakeholders such as tenants/ FM service providers/internal departments and
Handling tenant’s & service providers requests for maintenance/fitouts and site access.
Handling the shops/kiosks lease preparation/ renewals / terminations and generate necessary reports accordingly.
Negotiating new leases, renewals, assignments, and amendments, adhering to established procedures.
Follow up on lease contracts expiry dates and the contracts terms and conditions.
Following up and ensuring the issuance of utility bills and service charge bills to tenants and coordinating with finance to ensure their collection.
Assist management in training. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: BSc. OR in Engineering (Civil, MEP, Facility Management) OR Equivalent Education.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience preferably in the Leasing and Facility Management within retail environment, Contractor’s pool, and construction methods.
