SalaryThe City of Sterling Heights Parks & Recreation Department is seeking applicants for a Facility Site Coordinator position at the Community Center!
This position will report directly to the Recreation Superintendent and will be responsible for assisting with a multitude of duties related to the Sterling Heights Parks and Recreation Community Center. Duties will include delivering excellent customer service to patrons, provide supervision and directing part time staff, performing daily inspections of building, opening and closing of building, coordinating building schedules, AV equipment setup, managing building, rentals and setup and tear down of tables and chairs is required.
This position is part time and will be required to work evenings and weekends. The starting rate of pay is $16.50 per hour, pending qualifications. For questions or additional information relating to the position, please contact the Parks and Recreation Office at (586) 446-2700.
Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
- Must possess a valid driver license.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must pass a background check.
- Clerical/computer and supervision experience preferred.
