Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
1.Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere
2.Answer and field phone calls at high call volume and direct to appropriate party
3.Operate Office Equipment
4.Receive and send mail to Marlton Administrative Office
5.Facility Scheduling and appointment confirmations
6.Assessing Missed Appointment Fees
7.Assure all intake paperwork is complete and saved to chart
8.Upload records and client documentation
9.Complete ADHD Authorizations
10.Schedule and Facilitate ADHD Screening
11.Communicate and facilitate appointment and schedule changes
12.Send out Lyft Links for TMS clients
13.Execute patient letters and requests for D/C and R/O
14.Complete medication prior authorizations (Medline support only)
15.Triage and coordinate medication processing with pharmacies (Medline support only)
16.Coordination and retrieval of lab orders through LabCorp and Quest
17.Patient de-escalation and crisis management
Additional duties:
1. Assist and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.
2. As the company continue to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly.
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Required education: High school diploma or equivalent, Associate's Degree preferred
Required experience: Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position, Strong working knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles, Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment, computer literate, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, outstanding communication skills, Great organizational and multitasking abilities.

Physical requirements: Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs., Occasional to frequent walking, sitting, standing, driving, Close eye work (computers, typing, reading, writing)
Environmental Factors: Communicable diseases, Floor Surfaces, Hot/cold temperatures, Lighting, Environmental conditions may vary
Required licenses or certifications: Current CPR Certification, Narcan Certified
